Join Nisha for a nourishing and restorative evening designed exclusively for mothers — no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you’re a new mum, parenting toddlers, or navigating the teenage years, this is a space where you can come home to yourself, reconnect with your heart, and feel seen, heard, and supported by other women who truly get it.
What to Expect:
During this sacred circle, you’ll be gently guided through a deeply nurturing evening designed to help you pause, reconnect, and reset:
Ground & Arrive – Begin with a gentle breathwork practice to help you land fully in the space, leaving the busyness of the day behind.
Sharing Circle – A safe, non-judgemental space to speak openly about the joys and challenges of motherhood — and to be truly seen and heard without judgement.
Words of Wisdom – Give and receive support, encouragement and insight from women walking a similar path, and leave with a deeper sense of connection and perspective.
Journaling & Reflection – Take time for inward reflection, integrating what was shared and exploring what motherhood is teaching you about yourself.
Rest & Restore – End the evening with a calming guided meditation and soothing sound bath to help you soften, release tension, and return to yourself with renewed energy and peace.
